Elite Care is the quickest and nicest ER in this area! Although it is never fun having to visit these places they sure do make you feel at home! Hospitals are not my favorite place to visit I am so glad that you all are right in my neighborhood. Thank you to Melisa who was very courteous during check in. She offered us snacks and got us to the back very quickly! The Nurse and rest of the staff were all very friendly. Keep up the great customer service Elite!

I walked in thinking this place was an urgent care and soon found out it was an Emergency room. Melisa greeted me at the counter with a smile and was very pleasant. She let me know that this was an Emergency room and they can handle anything and take care of me immediately. I decided to stay and give you guys a try and I am glad I did. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was professional. I' ll be using you guys in the future if need be. Thanks.

First off let me say thank you! I'm always nervous about emergency rooms, but this was one was great! Tara greeted me with a warm smile and also helped me with my kids getting them situated with refreshments and coloring books. That alone helped me relax knowing they were ok. Everything else was smooth sailing the doctor, Tanya, Tina and Alicia. Thank you guys.
