So disappointed in this place! EVERY time we have visited, we get sub standard service!
There are truly conscientious and helpful employees here (Alvin), but his efforts are hamstrung by site management that is unhelpful and quick to label. I was invited to take my business elsewhere - well, you just lost four cars Jonathan. If every car you wash has to be 're-washed, or wiped down again, how efficient is your operation? So I guess in reality, Jonathan has lost ten to twelve cars...
These people are crooks! I went inside the Valero station next door and pre-paid for gas and when I was done my car was still empty! The clerks first response was to go next door to elite to have my gas gauge checked because they are affiliated. He refused to refund my money so I went down the street to chevron and got gas. Sure enough my gas gauge works. Don't go there, they will steal from you!!
