Worst service. Their tow truck was supposed to come by 11 am and still isn't here by 5 pm. I had to wait at home all day for service that never happened and when I called the tow truck, the driver refused to answer his phone. When I got in touch with the tow man finally, he offered to send a friend over just to look at it, not even to tow it. A stranger with no ties to the company wanted to come and look at my car. No. Not at all. Terrible customer service and terrible business. Do NOT sell your junk cars to them.
