Deano of elite broadband solved our terrible internet connection problem that we had and couldn't find a way to fix for years,now our service is running perfectly. Hope Deano gets a raise.
Worst customer service ever!!! I'm stuck because we don't have any other internet providers because we live too far out. Believe if we had other options, I'd toss Elite aside!! They need to fix their tower on East Carnation Road, because they've used it as an excuse for 3 years now!!!

MUST READ! If I could rate lower I would. We've had their service for almost as long as we've been in Montrose and they were available in our area. (2 years-ish) Until recently we've had no other internet options as we live outside of the city limits. First few months were ok, until they decided to start overloading their lines. Terrible customer service. It took 12 hours for a call back. Then I was told up to 48 hours before I have service again
