After speaking with a customer representative today I was informed that we as customers are not entitled to any reimbursement when our internet services are down. And this is for any amount of time whether it be for a few hours or for a few days, which happened on December 25th 2009 through December 26th 2009. why is this so question mark Comcast as terrible as they are as a company will even reimburse you when your internet is down. Customer service sucks! With our house being in the location it’s at we can’t get many other services but at first it was a pain to get them out here to set it up then it only works 15% of the time and if it’s anything but clear blue sky’s they blame it on the weather and their tower. Just an awful provider! Do not recommend
Horrible customer service ! Can't get ahold of anybody or have phone calls returned. Internet randomly goes down and doesn't work. Restarting router etc doesn't help. Sucks because they're my only Internet option out here in Olathe.
RecommendedDanio & his staff have always been very professional with us. Any time I have needed help they have jumped to address the issue, like immediately! I recommend Elite every chance I get.
Elite Broadband has provided us in a rural area with reliable internet at an affordable price. We rarely any downtime. We would recommend this internet to anyone looking for wireless service.

Provide service paid for on a regular basis and notify customer of frequent outages for 'upgrades.' Thankfully I had another option and was able to change providers.
We use to have excellent service, speed, every thing. This year has been a nightmare. Is always out on weekends and evenings or slower speeds so we cannot stream anything. Never contacts us, have repeatedly ask to talk to the owner who was very nice when we started with elite always made sure we were taken care of, now nowhere to be found that’s after sending messages via their web site.
