If I could leave a zero star I would. I had a confirmed apt at 2:30 in the afternoon today. I arranged to have someone watch my newborn so I could come try on dresses. I arrived at the store and it was closed. I called multiple times and texted with no response. Very unprofessional.
I booked an appointment in the afternoon couple days ago and got a confirmation of it, and after driving 45 minutes and going to the store to find out the store is closed. I tried to reach Sara by email and call the store with no response. And I never received any email or phone call from them as an apology for this unprofessional service.
