The young lady who did my hair was kind. I brought in six bags of braiding hair and asked for a specific style that was shown prior to me booking my appointment. I was assured they could do the style, because it was on their page. As she was doing my hair I saw it looking thin and she told me towards the end I would see the desired results. Looking to get in touch with manager regarding cancelled appointment from 5-28 It's been 3 weeks please issue my refund I am a repeat client I had an awesome experience before not sure how the miscommunication happened on 5-28 but I showed up and sent a prior deposit I waited 35m no one showed up and they said they forgot to remind braided I was going to be there at 6pm please correct this so I can provide the proper stars
