This company is much more proactive than our old one and glad they took over. Carolyn actually replies to you and actions concerns we may have that are in reason and are achievable. Things get done and not left for years.
Unresponsive and dismissive. They take weeks to respond back and have failed to maintain common property as contracted despite paying management fees.
