Terrible, absolutely terrible. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Possibly even unethical.
As the chairman for a 25 unit property, I’ve been working with EBC for the past few years & find the team to be courteous, responsive & easy to work with.
They "manage" the complex I own in and have been absolutely terrible. They are happy to demand we clean our car ports, however they haven't fixed a gate that is leaving our property unsecured for nearly a year now. I have emailed multiple times and heard nothing back. Oh but don't worry, they will be able to send you emails asking you to pay your fees! If I could give zero I would!

My experience with Elite BodyCorp was subpar at best. I can’t speak to how they work with larger complexes, but as an owner of a block of four units, the service was quite frankly, unsatisfactory, and often cold. Ahmad, our first manager, was curt, dismissive, and often did not circle back to answer questions as promised, leaving us to always chase for clarity and action.
