As a working mom of three, my health has taken a backseat for years. In working with Elite Body Data for the past 8 months, I have seen significant changes in my physical appearance, nutrition, and work/life balance. From beginning to end, Yaa was extremely helpful with the different tests and explaining what each one was for. I especially like the test that allows you to find out your metabolic rate which means you know how fast your metabolism works and calories needed throughout the day. The visual body scan that measures fat/muscle and everything else is also great. The other thing I love is that my results are saved and coming back I can see my progress through time. Really recommend.

Awesome experience. Very detailed, very well explained. You leave with really good data and a sound understanding of your current state of fitness and what you can do to improve it. Highly recommend this as a starting point to any fitness and health program.
