I don’t know where to start. This place has been one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve been going here for years. The owner Yana is absolutely wonderful and such a beautiful spirit. They’re always up-to-date with the latest technology and always trying their best to make sure that the client is always pleased with their results. HORRIBLE!! While the spa staff if very nice they have no proper training in how to handle the outdated equitment, it is as if they learned via a YouTube video. With outdated equitment and staff that doesn't hit the entire area requested, their laser services do not work. Furthermore the receptionist was rude and unaccommodating, not recording scheduled appointments and turning people away when they had something on the books, due to her scheduling errors. I loved it. I am terrible when it comes to tolerating pain but this did not hurt at all. You just feel little pinches. Plucking your eyebrows hurts more! The service is great! These women make sure you feel comfortable and are very welcoming! Highly recommended!!!!
