Elite Bodies is life-changing! Jeff and Josiah push you to do things you didn’t think you could do! The atmosphere is energizing and the community is uplifting. I’ve never had a lackluster workout at this gym. I’ve been going since November 2023 and have loved it since day 1!
This is a truly special place. I just started working out 2 months ago, and have already seen results. This is all new for me, and this is the first time that I have felt like I have found a routine I can sustain (and that I enjoy). Jeff and Josiah are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming. I was looking forward to an excellent experience, but was grossly disappointed. There is minimal equipment and they seemingly lack the experience to work with older women. I can not recommend this place to any woman over 35.
Great gym! One on one instruction top notch.
