Highly recommend! My husband and I moved to Silver Spring and joined Elite Bodies on a whim. We have been so pleased to become part of this community! Jeff and Josiah are such empowering instructors, modifying their guidance based on the individual. What I love about this gym is that it welcomes all types of people. Elite Bodies is life-changing! Jeff and Josiah push you to do things you didn’t think you could do! The atmosphere is energizing and the community is uplifting. I’ve never had a lackluster workout at this gym. I’ve been going since November 2023 and have loved it since day 1!
This is a truly special place. I just started working out 2 months ago, and have already seen results. This is all new for me, and this is the first time that I have felt like I have found a routine I can sustain (and that I enjoy). Jeff and Josiah are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming.
