So I have been at my unit for many years and was very happy. Terry would always responsive and the place was imaculate. He insisted on checks at the beginning of the month which was an inconvenice yet not the end of the world. Apparently the site was sold to Blue Gate and I had no idea until I received an 'Intent to Lien' even after I dropped off my check per usual. Supervisor called back after I had an issue with call center refusing to cancel late fees even though I had paid previous owner. Supervisor was super helpful and cancelled it all plus answered my questions. Very happy with the customer service.

Loved this facility until it was sold to Bluegate. Poor communication and lack of follow through. Finally decided to move out.

I had a billing issue but Bharath was helpful and the issue is fully resolved. This location is outstanding.
