My mother hired Chad he showed up sprayed and did a thorough job. He was supposed to show up seven days later and didn't call or show up, He phoned the next day apologizing and promised to be there at 11am. He didn't show up or call again. He will not return any calls. So my 72 yr old mother is sitting in a house with no furniture, no carpet, and an exterminator who doesn't show up return calls or obviously care about the customers.
