Elite Bathrooms deserves the highest rating for their installation of my Kohler walk in tub. The Salesperson from American Standard (AS) and Safe Step (SS) come to my house. They are not installers and it showed. Both spent about five minutes in the bathroom and gave me improper advice. They told me that the shower must come out and the AS actually said that they would have to tear down the adjoining wall to the bedroom. Neither could tell me who the installers were.
