I found this barbershop on Google after I filtered for "Top Rated" in Orlando. After, I searched the shop on Instagram to see their style & technique of cuts & came across @arsenio_cuts IG. I ended up booking a last slot cut with him on a Friday! As they close at 8pm after getting out of work late. Arsenio listened to exactly what I wanted for my haircut and carefully executed with finesse. wow I sat here for 45 minutes waiting to get my haircut I went outside to smoke a cigarette and they told me to go next door to use the bathroom and I come back and the door is locked I have my hair cut once before and wasn't that great no I would not recommend them
