Exceptional work! Chuck and Charlie truly care about their customers. They are not going to sell you something just to sell you something. Absolutely love the clean sound my bike has now! Highly recommend!!
Speakers didn’t even last two months and then on top of that yall left bolts out of the speaker pods on the bike had to get someone else to fix the problem when supposedly everything was good but it’s all good
Chuck and Charlie were the best. I walked Into the shop while on work travel to hear their speakers after Cicada speakers were my favorite at Thunder Beach. They played 2 different Cicada speakers for me. I also needed to replace my boom GTS radio unit because it was going out on me. They were not pushy at all, just gave me prices and told me pros and cons of everything. They installed a soundstream radio, Cicada CXX 6.5 in fairing and CXX 6 X 9 in saddlebag. Not open during normal business hrs, doesn’t answer cell phone and mail box is full… not sure what the deal is! But call before you drive there… I wasted time for not doing so!!!!
