Nice people, fast service. Turns out we had rats get into our Toyota tundra engine and chew up some wires. Had to remove the intake to get to it. Only 2 days and just less than $1k. 😁
Very bad experience…had a rear brake pads replaced last 2023, and just after 1.5 years its down to 0mm?!!!? What kind of pads did you use on my car? Had it brand new 2019 subaru forester and we had the rear brakes replaced 2023…thats 4years! And now your pads only lasted 1.5 years?!? Mind you i do not hit my brakes hard while driving…brakes are very important and i do not trust these guys anymore…NEVER coming back here!

I have been using Elite Automotive for many years. All my vehicles not under warranty, I have brought to Elite Automotive as long as I am capable.
Came into this shop for a simple engine misfire issue. Provided supplies (coils) for a repair and was told they were OEM and the best i could get, but not supplied by the shop, so no warranty applied. Received the car back, and less than a week later, issues arose again. When returning, I was told my car was once again having a misfire, and a coil had gone bad. Clearly, the shop does rush jobs and doesn't test the vehicle prior to returning to ensure it is actually fixed. They charged me again for parts AND LABOR. Don't come... read more
