I pulled my Mercedes out of service at Elite Automotive today because they misdiagnosed my repairs and tried to majorly overcharge for service I didn’t need. In one example David at Elite said I needed expensive new wheel bearings when the real issue was a simpler swing arm replacement. Watch out for Elite, they have quotas to fill and they will gouge you. They have lost my business forever.
Wonderful timely service. Honest and reliable. Up front about my car needs. But cautious about repairs. Thanks so much.
