I went in with issue on a repair done at another Napa shop in SD. the part failed and broke and caused additional damage. the shop in SD basically did nothing to help. and Brian went out of his way. above and beyond. And got Napa to cover the repairs 100%. it ended up to be over $4600 in damage. they all were very helpful. friendly. and tried to keep me informed of the situation. Customer for ~2 years for 2 vehicles. Techs perform quick quality service. Never felt like I was being wronged. Prices are competetive. Staff is some of the friendliest I've met at the desk; Phillip & Brian will treat you right. Easy 5 stars.

This is the ONLY place I will ever take my car in Fargo. The guys there are so helpful and friendly, and they do amazing work.
Wheel bearing went out 40 miles out of Fargo and called em they got me in and out in literally 30-45min and on my way I was traveling for work headed to Duluth super cool guys an much appreciated can't thank them guys enough with a good price.! Thanks guy made it to work on time thanks to you.!!

I received excellent service, an amazing price, and the guys in the shop were as nice as could be. It’s very comforting to know that not all automotive places try to up-sell unnecessary parts or services to your vehicle. Will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back in if/when it needs service next!
Where do I even start with these guys?! Best service I've ever had in my short 10 years of driving! They are so inviting and make you feel comfortable and actually explain what they have done at a level you can understand! And the price is something you can smile at everytime! Everytime I need my car in they have gotten me in at my convenience!! HIGHLY recommended from me!!
