They are very nice and seems like a family owned business. They were able to get me in for repairs in a pinch during our road trip when we started to experience some heavy shaking on the road. I had a few suggestions on what it could be but they seemed to be certain on what the issue was. I think they had part of the problem figured out, but I still ended having to stop short on the way back home due to the same issue resurfacing but in a more intense way. The sun was setting in my rearview mirror as I pulled that heavy trailer up the mountain and away from Wilkesboro. Then suddenly- wizz, clunk Bam! -my transmission gave it up. I walked through the twilight searching for a cell signals and hope, when a couple of little old ladies in a pickup truck pulled over to see if needed help.
