I bought a great vehicle at Elite. I was helped by an awesome young lady named Magaly. My experience was amazing. Magaly is very knowledgeable, polite and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable and appreciated. There was another young man there whose name I didn’t get but he was just as great as Magaly. I definitely recommend Elite, they have amazing vehicles and their customer service is exceptional.
Now I know. ALWAYS CHECK THE VIN for recalls on a used vehicle on the NHTSA site before purchasing. Wouldn't hurt to demand a Carfax report, either. Sold me a money pit that needed (to start) $1300 in repairs and still left me stranded on the side of the highway twice in 24hrs... and couldn't be diagnosed or repaired by 3 different dealerships. Then I found out the other repair it needs (eventually) is over $5000 to fix and very few can/will do it. On top of that, it had an unaddressed safety recall notice on it from June 20... read more
