I just wanted to say that the service I received was great. My insurance contacted them. I expected to have to wait, but the driver showed up quick. He was courteous and polite. I would ask for them again if I am in that area.

From the high to the low reviews it seems to be the nature of this business. We for one appreciate what both Que and John did for us. While driving back from vacation we had car trouble and were in the midst of the long wait for roadside service - from AAA - when Que turned into where we were stranded just to get gas and I mistook him for the AAA driver. He offered to see if he could help and he got us started, followed us up I-75 into the south side of Atlanta and got us safely to the hotel we had to book. Did not charge us... read more

I originally called for a tow truck at 10:30am. When I was informed a tow truck was enroute I was given an eta of 12:30pm which then turned to 2:15pm. The tow truck driver did not reach my car until 4:30pm. Because I was not with my car (thank god because I would have been waiting in the rain for 6 hours) I tried to contact the driver to give the auto shop my car was located at an eta.
