I came in a little after 6:30pm today. The gentleman there was helpful explaining what was offered with each package, but that was pretty much it. I got the elite package, and while my car was cleaned there was no shine to my tires, or anywhere for that matter. And to top it off, I had to towel dry my vehicle myself. I live around the corner, and thought I'd make this my new go to car wash... I thought wrong. I won't be back.
