ok so july 6th 2012 i traded in my car for another car and a small down payment . doc fees and filling fees was included in the loan, i even got my temp plates. the dealer gave me the papers and said now my dealings will be with the finance company. so today i got a call from the dealer stating that the finance company is now saying they won't pay for the doc fee and filling fee and that i would have to bring this money in .
