Came out in the heat of the day and got my car windshield replaced!! Will definitely be using them again !
Made an appointment. Gave them my tag #. My appointment was 5 days later at 8:30 am. I showed up and they ordered the wrong window. So I do not live in Tyler. Took me an hour and diesel to get there. Now my day is shot as I have many things to do. So they ordered another window. Called me around 2pm and I have to drive 2 more hours and use that much more diesel fuel to get my window replaced. Wow what a great company and experience! They could get to me a half of a week sooner than safelite and charged just about half of what safelite quoted me. I called late afternoon and they were here the next day to help. Robert the technician was phenomenal. He called to let me know when he was on his way and how far out he was, extremely friendly and polite. He even went above and beyond to vacuum glass from where my kid’s car seats are.
Wonderful customer service from the time I called until the time the car was done. I was shocked they were able to get me in for a windshield replacement the same day I called! THANK YOU so much for getting me back on the road so quickly.
Called yesterday, they showed up today. Quick install at a great price. Robert the installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. This is my new go to for auto glass now that my other shop closed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
