They do not honor their warranties.they put in a windshield for us that malfunctioned due to inexperience,pledged a warranty and then have us a huge run around for days while trying to squeeze extra money out of us for damages caused by their non professional services.
Avoid Elite Auto Glass. Came late, did a shoddy job, and prices were outrageous. Wouldn't recommend – look elsewhere.
Horrrible experience with Elite Auto Glass. Didn't fix the windshield properly, kept charging extra, and no guarantee. Waste of money!
