Because of all of the advertising I checked the Safelite site for a repair of a chip in my windshield. Safelite had 3 tiers of repair but I could not find what the difference between the tiers was. Called Elite Auto Glass to get their estimate. It was half of the lowest tier price at Safelite. (Still can't figure out the tier levels) Elite Auto Glass was able to repair the chip really fast and at a fair cost.
I had a very sizable crack in my windshield, so I needed a full replacement. I got quotes from some other companies, and ended up choosing Elite Auto Glass - Madison. I called them to get a quote and they were very friendly and gave me a significantly better price than I’d found elsewhere. On the day of my appointment, I cruised in there at 9:00 am and was out by around 9:45 with a brand new windshield. Kane was really helpful in explaining everything. Great place for window replacement. Got me in right away. And at a price I could afford . Would recommend them to anyone.
Stopped in to the shop to see about having a chip filled, they did it right away. Fixed in about 10 minutes. I recommend Elite Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs. I am very satisfied costumer.
