Dealt with them 12 years ago ( Mesa location ) service was ok . Just recently bought something from ( Chandler location ) Service was bare minimum., They are selling vehicle without having knowledge of vehicle features. FYI Loaner vehicles are not provided when needing maintenance - even if you have full coverage insurance. Barley got to test drive anything because none of their vehicles had gas in them. Well HOUSTON we have a problem now ,
Do not recommend any cactus Jack throughout the valley. Here's a good example. What happened The other day, thank God, my wife is alive and my daughter was not with her in the car seat. They do not inspect there vehicles the way they're supposed to.
Process to get you in a vehicle is fast and easy they don't ask for much , should have known there was a reason behind it all. Within 2 months of having the vehicle it has to be taken into their shop for issues to where I cant drive the vehicle. After car was picked up it still sits in the shop for a few days waiting repair , also the refer your friend program is where you get 100 per referral they don't tell you it's twords your principle and it takes 3 weeks to process which they don't tell you.
