RecommendedI meet the owner in the Lowe's parking lot and I had been searching for an auto detailer. He gave me his card and the next day I had my car in. We have a Mazda CX-9 and 3 girls ages 4-9. Just picked up my black Volvo, It looks like new inside and out. Water spots are gone, it got wet from irrigation water and I thought they were there to stay. I got caught in the rain on the way home and thought "well there goes my fresh detail job" but after it dried in the garage it didn't look like it had ever gotten wet. I am very pleased with the job James did I will be a return customer, like he said it should be done every 3 months, and I will bring it back so it can stay looking new. Earlier this winter I made a mistake and went through the car wash covered with mud and snow and gravel. Needless to say, I destroyed my paint job. Deep scratches on all four fenders and swirls all over the whole truck. I want to thank James Valle at Elite Auto Detailing. In one afternoon James has my truck looking brand new again and not a scratch or swirl on it. I am beyond impressed. This place is a Joke! I took my car there last year after getting damaged at the carwash on the Carter Road in Nampa scraped my car on the passenger side all the way down wheel well to wheel well, the manager of the car wash Mr car wash sent me to these guys to have them fix the scratches and like a dummy I went to them instead of a regular auto body shop at the time the body shop advised me that they guarantee their work well it is now 6 months later and I hand wash my car the scratches are back they never went away apparen... read more
