Excellent communication throughout the repair process. The price paid was very reasonable compared to other quotes we obtained.
Our vehicle was repaired and returned in a very reasonable timeframe. The team was very professional and have us regular updated via text and phone. It was a very good experience.
So many things. I got there for my appointment at 8 and was calling them for over ten minutes before they finally arrived at 8:12. I just got the car back, and the alignment is completely off. I have to have the steering wheel rotated about 30 degrees to drive straight. It also vibrates like crazy under 20 mph. I only used this shop because it was the closest insurance would cover, but for anyone else in that position, it's worth driving at least another 20-30 minutes out to a different shop.
If you have to repair your cars, bring them to this bodyshop and ask Laura to handle your problems, then she will do the rest nicely.
Fantastic communication, Customer Service, and repair work!!! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know where to go. I highly recommend Classic Collision!!
