I've never been in an accident before . I went here and they were so rude to me . They didn't want to explain anything to me. Going here only made my blood pressure go up ! Don't go here EVER !
My experience with them was quite good. Shout out to Laura Velez who coordinated all the details for me. They fixed my car, did what they needed to do with the insurance and got me ready to go.
I had a great experience with this shop. They didn’t do any work on my vehicle since it was deemed a total loss however the communication was on point and Laura was very helpful. She made sure to stay on top of everything and keep me updated. They also speak Spanish so it’s easier for us to communicate. I would definitely recommend this shop for insurance repairs.
I took my car to Classic Collision for repairs, and I’m happy with the result. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Repairs were flawless, and my car looks like new again. Thank you!
