Being my first time needing a collision shop. The things I didn’t like is they took forever to get my truck back with the excuse of there being a shortage of parts. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Apex towing had to pick up my vehicle due to an electrical fault, it would not start. My car was taken in to Elite for collision repairs due to Apex Towing dropping my car from the tow truck. Apex offered to cover all costs, and enusured they would also cover the repair to the "no start" issue. Repairs were estimated at 2 weeks.
