The work done by this shop is terrible, they have no pride in their work. They charge for options that they don't complete or do incorrectly. They did not honor the contract they had for my friends truck, blaming it on lack of money instead of taking ownership of their work and finishing the job right. The paint is already chipping off under the bumpoer and it's not even been a month. Stay away from this shop.
After all my experience at elite auto center was not the best, they didn't achieve my expectations I believe they need to improve a lot in so many way .delivery time failed, detail department totally a big failure on detail you got negative 0 (-0 ) need a lot of work on that area I feel I can do better job them you with 0 experience so many imperfections I mean a lot in the mechanical ddepartment a big 0 have to do things twice and still not right.suggestion , Luis you strongly need to supervise the job b4 delivery I mean yo... read more
Worst shop ever! They charge for work they don't complete and I left the shop with hazards due to their negligence stay away!
