Beware! I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 last Nov 2022 and new the vehicle needs a NEW ENGINE $35K! I contacted both BMW NA and EAB and both are not willing to do anything. After having spoke with several reliable sources this vehicle has known head gasket problems! Now I'm left holding the bag! If you are considering purchasing a luxury vehicle...BUY IT FROM THE DEALERSHIP! Saving a few thousand dollars on the front end, could cost you BIG $$$ in the long run!
Being a repeat customer obviously the selection of vehicles was acceptable, however their written item that they agreed to provide has not been delivered. After repeated follow up to salesman Bob. Auto Elite Broker definitely falls short on the service after the sale and delivering what they promised to provide. I can't in good faith recommend them.
