My family and I traveling on interstate 55 S in Illinois in a rental car on our way to visit family in OK when a truck passed us and threw something large into our lane. We hit it hard causing a flat tire we limped into Springfield to a convenient store. Very happy with the service and work performed by the shop on Dirksen Parkway. Sent the estimate to the insurance company within 15 mins of performing the estimate, contacted me when they received authorization to proceed with the repair, got me scheduled within days, and it was ready when they promised. And it was sparkling clean when I picked it up - even the tires shined!! Kudos to Erie Insurance also (other driver's insurance) for quick responses and settlement.
Elite Auto Body on Yucan Drive was FABULOUS from start to finish!!! John took very good care of me and kept me updated with what was happening with my Jeep whenever I asked. My Jeep looks brand new!! Thank you guys so much for your hard work!!
