I won a vehicle that literally no one else had bid on and after a few hours was sent an email stating that the bid wasn’t accepted from the owner because it was to low. I called them with no answer and they called me right back and after asking me how high I would like to go they lied and said I was outbid at over 4k and asked if I wanted to go higher. Then told me I had to go on the site to request a refund. The bid was only for the lowest amount of $250 and they room the whole $600 out. Now I can’t even bid on more vehicle... read more
