Gavyn came into Elite Athletic Training needing help re learning how to run after a injury to his hip. Not only has Vincent corrected his running he has improved it. Gavyn's confidence has increased and looks forward to going to Elite Athletic Training! Highly Highly Recommended not just for his expertise but also how he relates and communicates with Gavyn!

I can’t say enough good things about Vince and Tiesha. They work the kids hard, but also build their confidence and most importantly support them! It is not uncommon to find them at random sporting events watching “their kids” compete. It’s rare you’ll find people so invested in the community they are helping build.

My son has been attending sessions at E.A.T. for the last four years. His athletic mobility and strength has improved so much and he looks forward to his sessions. He loves telling me after each workout if he hit a PR, how he’s challenging himself with each set or showing off the muscle growth he’s gained. Vincent, Tiesha and their staff have an approach to coaching and training that pushes you to become your best self.
