Hello my name is Ashley Hill I was told I was approved by the leasing office and that I had 72 hours to bring in my deposit I took off work and took them 2 money orders one for 500 and the other for 450 totalling to 980 dollars for my so called deposit and that I had a move in date for July 31 2026 but My money was stolen and fraudulently placed in another lease holders account and I still haven't received a refund this happened on July 21,2026 and is a ongoing dispute
I have been staying here over 2 months and I seee they took my last post down but I’m going to keep posting the property manager Dominique is a very unprofessional person . She tried to fight me and threaten to not service my property. It is severely infested with roaches. I’ve tried to contact the regional manager to escalate on several occasions.i have message proof of pest control not coming even though they expect you to pay for it.along with the property manager threatening several times
I would give this property 0 stars if I could. My family and I, including our 1-year-old child, moved into this apartment in early April, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were given a unit that was clearly not ready for anyone to live in. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with mold, a persistent mice and roach infestation, leaking ceilings with large brown water stains, plumbing that barely functions, and an HVAC system that constantly freezes up.
