The most horrible experience ever! I liked the apartments online due to the fact they have a nice staircase. But unfortunately when I applied last year they didn’t have any available units even though they had me apply and I was approved. I recently spoke with Donique at Elite at Cityview and had a great experience. She responded quickly, answered all of my questions clearly, and was very easy to talk to. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared—she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. I had reached out a few months ago, and this experience was completely different in the best way. Big improvement. If you’re considering Elite at Cityview, I definitely recommend asking for Donique.
