Positives - The neighborhood is quiet overall and peaceful. I've been staying here almost a year and a half now. In the beginning the staff was very helpful but there have been management and overall team changes since then. Negatives - Sometimes the people in the office are borrowed from other nearby complexes. Staff has no longer been that helpful, for example I was laughed at when I entered the office pregnant asking to transfer units when my lease was coming to an end to get moved from a 1 to a 2 bedroom. Applied for a waitlist on their website. It made me pay the $75 application fee. I was then called by the office and said that there is no waitlist for the 3 bedrooms, and that their definition of waitlist meant that it is just not available. I explained to the desk worker that that is not the definition of waitlist, that because I applied and paid, it should be made first available to me when it does open up. I called and few times, then I was given an email from the desk worker to email in regards to the incident. I called... read more

Went yesterday to tour the place and the staged unit looked very nice ! However after reading all the reviews about the property in the last 6 months , the application process isn’t one I would go through with ! You have to pay $200 for the application process and it takes up to 72 hours to complete , you have minutes ( Kim the person I spoke with told me 5 mins ) to upload income and after that process is complete and a deposit amount is decided , you have 12 hours to pay the deposit or your $200 application is cancelled Ho... read more

I have been living here almost a year and a half, so I am able to give an experienced review. Now before anything else, props the Miss Cynthia and Rikiyah, as they have always been very professional and courteous whenever I’ve called or went in office. Those 2 deserve to work under better office management.
