I thought I was gonna get 2 extra filters to request new ones every 3 months since I don’t get them changed often, but I guess I will just have to ask to have them replaced every month then. Rikia is an awesome leasing agent. She was polite, clear and most importantly handled that business! When I was scheduled to move in I found out I did not have hotwater! Tyree (?) got on it! Less than 2 days only because a new tank was ordered. Still waiting on the other requests I put in from the other workers. Please Please do not move here! Very ghetto Never receive my security deposit back they do not fix nothing Very dirty roaches and rats! They lie about everything! The front desk people are horrible! I repeat, they will not give you your security back. Please don’t move here.! Drug addicts walking around robbing people places! The men literally will stand in front of your apartment door at times…..And make it so hard for you to get in your door at night Smoking crack, in front of your building !
