Please be careful with these apartments everything seem ok until after I signed my lease and was assigned an apartment. I was informed that maintenance was fixing Minor issues. But later on when I came back around 7pm to do my walk through boy was I not ready for the disappointment. I was suppose to move in on Thursday my only off day that week but had to cancel once I was welcomed by Roaches coming down my fridge and dead on the floor. Edit: terrible place to live. You could hear rats in the walls. Roaches omg the roaches. I’d sleep with lights on and didn’t go downstairs at night. Could literally see outside through the crack in my front door. They never gave me my deposit back yet nothing was broken or changed in that apartment. The amount of times i went up there to hear a resident threatening someone i used to think these people were crazy. But the way they smile in your face, do this nice nasty act and refuse to help. Ever Green management or who ever these new hires are, they’re absolutely lazy. The office is always closed. They’re rude and lack any compassion. If i remembered everyone in the office name id write it down. This is the worse group of people ever!
The most horrible experience ever! I liked the apartments online due to the fact they have a nice staircase. But unfortunately when I applied last year they didn’t have any available units even though they had me apply and I was approved. The manager was supposed to send my application fee back but didn’t unsure of why being that they were having people apply and had no units and also they serenading anyone to waitlist or anything.
