Terrible service, comparables weren't very comparable, low ball appraisal, showed up and would not offer any information with what company he was there from and or what service was being provided. Tried asking questions and having a conversation and the man rudely said "wait in the house, I'll be done in 5 mins" . He literally appraised the property with 0 knowledge of any improvements. There and gone within 10 minutes according to security footage. Good luck.

The credit union used them as the appraisal service for our home during the mortgage process. We had spent months and found a house that was a great price, nearly 20 percent lower than closest competitors. They used comps that were bank owned and 8 months old. It was ridiculous. We switched mortgage companies, started the process over and the new appraisal came in 40k above their own. They were very incompetent and unable to accept a mistake. We paid them several hundred dollars for this "service".
