They got me Derrick on fairly short notice. He did a thorough inspection and got me the appraisal back in about a week. Pointed out issues with the property I hadn't considered and seemed to have a lot of experience with properties in my area. Good communication and was a pleasure to work with.
Derrick was quick with getting our appraisal completed and fixed a small issue in a timely manner. He also took time to explain some of the questions I had about the process.
The bank ordered an appraisal for a HELOC, and Charles Hamilton was the appraiser who completed it. The good news, it was scheduled within a couple days of the order, and completed and returned to bank and me within a week. Mr. Hamilton measured the Exterior of the house, but failed to translate that correctly on his layout and therefore, shorted us about 300sf, and tens of thousands of dollars of value.
