Ice maker wasn’t producing ice . Waylon came out and figured out was wrong , quickly . Been working fine ever since
BEWARE. This company is highly unethical and basically running a service-fee scam. I hired them to repair an ice maker. When the tech arrived, I explained the error code and told him the pump was failing. He tried searching the generic model number, said he’d keep looking, and left after charging a 125 dollar diagnostic fee. He never called back. When my wife followed up, they simply repeated the model number of our own ice maker and told her that if we could find the part, they would install it. When I got home, it was obvi... read more
