The laboratory surface people are quite nice. They’re billing department is in efficient and openly hostile when you call them about anything. I called them to try to resolve my spouse’s estate and they were immediately hostile aggressive on the phone and confrontational and whenever you told them to please stop being hostile, they accuse you of being hostile and completely unhelpful.

Earlier today, 10/25/25, I called for my dad to get ambulance service for him. He was feeling chest pain with shortness of breath & they refused to send an ambulance. Stating that they just don't want to help or transport him to the hospital where his doctor is at. Never heard of an ambulance service refusing to help someone.

Am sitting in doctors office waiting for pickup. Receptionist called for pickup was told 1 Hour. After an hour and a Half. Called again. Was told 40 minutes. This is ridiculous.

I would like to thank the two wonderful young ladies that transported my sister and I on 7/26/24 to her doctor's appointment. Their names are, Jennifer Jasin and Megan Romasonta. Even after alerting Elite that I would need two "substantial" people to help with my bed bound sister due to her weight, these two "little" ladies were very friendly, professional capable and understanding and managed to get her to and from her appointment without a problem. I am very grateful to them.
