If you need a quality air conditioning company, you’ve found one here. They respond like you’re their only customer and fit you into their busy schedule. They did a great and professional complete install (in condo) in about 4.5 hours at one unit. The next day another unit I have had a leak from the drain, I called and they came out in a couple of hours even though I told them it wasn’t an emergency. It was time to get a new AC unit and we wanted to get one before our VERY old unit died. I reached out to 3 different AC companies for estimates AND to get a feel for their professionalism and how they presented our options along with the process. John from Elite Air was a 10 out for 10. He was very down to earth and very professional. He was great with communication, showed up exactly when he said he would, brought drop cloths, cleaned up everything and his other worker was also very professional.
