I have a maintenance agreement in place with the company. The company calls to schedule without any issues. I was given several times slots to work around my work schedule. This company continues to provide the best service. Highly recommend for any work. Best customer service experience. The technician was Jonathan Smith. He explained what he was doing, what he had done and did not try to sell additional services. I hope to have him as my technician at the next maintenance.

Evan was the technician who came today. He was very meticulous and detail oriented. Was on time, got right to the maintenance and was professional. Really nice person 12/31/25: This is the2nd or 3rd time Evan came to service my a/c. He is a great representative of Elite Air Cooling. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He is a wonderful person and has given me confidence in the company.
