Gus was on-time, very thorough and informative about what he was doing throughout the inspection, checked aspects of the AC system that other technicians don't regularly bother to do, offered numerous tips about how to keep the system running at peak performance, and was the most knowledgeable AC expert I think I've ever encountered.
