I am beyond satisfied with Elite Air Conditioning and Beyond! James, the manager, was very communicative throughout the entire scheduling and quoting process. It was easy to find a time that worked. He also answered all our questions quickly and clearly. The technicians who came were very professional. They asked if they needed to take off their shoes, which I really appreciate. I hired James from Elite Air Conditioning to replace 2 HVAC units in my condo. The units were properly replaced. - Provided COI, Works Comp - Replaced 2 HVAC including disposal of units - Responsive and Good communication I would recommend James and his crew to replace HVAC especially in buildings that require license and proper paper work.

I had a great experience. James was extremely professional. They came in and did an awesome job installing my split system. They completed all the electrical work and installed the split system and made sure it was working to perfection before closing out the job. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them over and over again for their professionalism and impeccable work.

I just had Elite Air Conditioning & Beyond locate and fix my leaking Ductless cassette system. James from Elite AC responded quickly to our request with a proposal and insurance coverage. James found and fixed the leak fairly quickly. Elite AC Service is very professional and James is very knowledgeable. He will explain to you in detail of the process and findings. He also helped clean out the cooling fins from the condenser unit outside. A+ service. Thanks James.
