We had a bad experience with Elite. We do not recommend. Stay away! They came out and replaced our air handler up in the attic in December. By February, the ac went out. I called the warranty again and they sent them back out to diagnose, they told us the outdoor unit was to blame, and 30-45 day wait on parts, of course, cause they didn’t want to have to eat their labor cost to fix the air handler again. OMG. I’m so grateful of this company. I had an issue with the AC and I needed to be fixed the same day in the morning and they squeeze me in last minute. They answer my needs promptly and the knowledge Josh has is amazing. What a great customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very professional company and prices are reasonable.
