First time customer and had an amazing service visit because of service advisor Ryan Fabian. Ryan was easily available via phone and in person. He listened to all of the concerns I had about the car and addressed every single one of them. I couldn’t ask for a more professional, nice, helpful, and honest service visit. His prices were great and the technician was thorough. They both did an excellent job. Will definitely be back. Ryan is an asset to Elite Acura service department.

I followed Ryan (service advisor) from his previous job. Absolutely love him, will follow him wherever he goes. He’s nice, honest, and explain everything to me in a way I understand. If you need somewhere to service your car, go there and see Ryan

They tell me I need my timing belt replaced every visit ( was replaced a year ago but they dont update system ) and loaner vehicles are no longer existent.

Was there for the service today, we have couple they need to do and diagnostic noise near front suspension. We like the service there, they did good job that diagnostic the problem the perform the service that I needed. The thing is that I requested LOANER CAR when I scheduled the appointment specifically because I have other things to do later that day. They told me no problem, but I’m in the service today they told me they didn’t have any loaners yet and told to wait while they are founding it. It ended up made us to wait ... read more
