Let me start by saying this company is top notch I had my reservations because everything was done on line and by phone. It started with Megan his assistant her first phone call to me set the tone. She walked me through everything even when I wasn't sure and ready to back out she talked me through it the rain kept pushing us back but once john and his team got here they were great they took down my old pool and put up the new one in 1 day. Elite Above Grounds truly lives up to their name, ELITE. They came and knocked out this massive project in ONEDAY! A great group of guys. Professional and talented. I wouldn’t have anyone else build my pool. John is extremely responsive and helpful. He worked hard to make my vision a reality.
The most professional and amazing team! The race was on...pool party Saturday ... They started Thursday and finished by noon on friday. Pool was completely filled by 2 am Saturday morning. The pool party was a success and everyone had a great time! Thank you so much Elite Above Ground Pools!! Y'all rocked it!!
We are very pleased with their work. They were fast, efficient and professional.
John and his crew are the real deal. Replaced my existing pool and corrected the ground leveling. New pool and base is perfectly level. Had it installed in a matter of hours. Excellent communication and support through the whole process!! 1000% recommend them!
