Robert Reese was here today to install a new dehumidifier. He was on time and discussed with my husband what was going to happen and how long he would be. After the installation, he provided us with pictures and videos. He was very professional and we would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
We just had a whole new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed and we could not be happier with the service we received. The front desk staff were so helpful and nice, Nathan and Hunter were the techs who did the installation were so polite and they did a great job. They told us step by step what they were doing and they even let my Grandsons help carry things and they took the time to answer questions from them. Robert came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed my furnace. Not only did he do what I needed, he took extra time to show and teach me about my system along the way! They were also able to come out same day! Great service from Robert.
