The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. A very nice person.
Dan did ask amazing job for us! Our condenser stopped running, so we called Elite AC… recommended to us by one of their current customers. He showed up on time, listened to our explanation of the issue, and went to troubleshoot the problem. It only took him a couple minutes to find the issue. A bad capacitor. He changed it out, did some diagnostics to ensure the condenser was working properly and that was it. What I appreciate about the whole thing is the fact that we weren’t lied to or jerked around.
