Rossano Smith was the tech that resolved a problem with my AC/ heating unit. He knew what the issue was within minutes and repaired it. Job was done on a Saturday with no extra charge. Elite A C in Jax, Fl is a very reputable company. Rossano was very professional and informative. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs. Always polite and quick to help you.

Origional experience at the end, called 2 years after my first experience, the price for the same work doubled, the employee who was soo amazing to go out of his way in a snowstorm left for a new job better fitting him...(surprise) i told them to cancel even coming to look at it because ive already told them what was happening with the heat unit and what needs fixed ($90 to just show up when they already know the issue) i was then quoted $200 for 1 hour of labor + parts which is absurd considering its a 20 min job for a begi... read more

Responsive, even on the weekends! Came out early. Told me the good and the bad. Quick fix. Went the extra and recharged and cleaned my old unit. Informative and friendly. Also polite. Nice feeling to have established myself with a group of professionals and being g prepared for the next AC issue. Thanks Elite!

I wish there was a higher rating I could give! The a/c recently went out, on a Sunday, at the restaurant I manage. I called EVERY commercial ac repair in the Rivervalley. Elite was the only one to call me back! I've used them multiple times since for the same business. They are QUICK, professional, tidy, great communicators! I seriously can not brag enough! James needs a raise, fyi!! He is representing your company so well!!
