Rossano Smith was the tech that resolved a problem with my AC/ heating unit. He knew what the issue was within minutes and repaired it. Job was done on a Saturday with no extra charge. Elite A C in Jax, Fl is a very reputable company. Rossano was very professional and informative. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs. Always polite and quick to help you.
Origional experience at the end, called 2 years after my first experience, the price for the same work doubled, the employee who was soo amazing to go out of his way in a snowstorm left for a new job better fitting him...(surprise) i told them to cancel even coming to look at it because ive already told them what was happening with the heat unit and what needs fixed ($90 to just show up when they already know the issue) i was then quoted $200 for 1 hour of labor + parts which is absurd considering its a 20 min job for a begi... read more
