I highly recommend Elissa. She has a phenomenal understanding of the body, not just of the muscles but also of the energy that it holds. She is trauma informed and through working with her, healing happens on the physical and psychological levels, therefore allowing you to let go of tension and reconnect with your body. Everyone should have someone like her as part of their healthcare team!
My experience with Elissa Webber was phenomenal! (Typically I understand she wouldn't have time) I was late 20 mins for an hour massage. As for my anxiety was at 10, she helped me be calm was very accommodating, and understanding.
