Dr. Gropen and all of her staff are incredibly professional, caring, and helpful. Dr. Gropen listens and asks questions to provide me with the highest quality of healthcare in dermatology. I get very anxious seeing a specialist, and I am immediately at ease in her office. I’m very grateful for her care!
Dr. Gropen did not seem very concerned about my health. She made assumptions before fully understanding the issue and only looked at my skin when I challenged her assumptions. It took me a month to get an appointment because I was a new patient, but I'm now hesitant to trust her input because of her lack of interest in my condition. Through the appointment, she and her staff felt extremely rushed like they wanted to leave the room as soon as possible.
I have been with her for more than five years. She is a very conscientious person, takes her time and always gives great care! Very friendly and capable office staff. I have recommended and would recommend her to anyone.
I have never met a physician in my life who cares more for her patients than Dr. Gropen.
Dr. Gropen is a remarkable, indeed rare, combination of diagnostic brilliance and real empathy. I have several dermatological issues and she remedied all of them Another dermatologist I had gone to first told me my insurance would not cover me. Dr. Gropen's staff said otherwise and they were right and I'm so glad because I found her and will not go to anyone else in future.
Dr. G. has a gentle touch, takes only what she needs for a sample, and more is required she has the skillset need to leave only a small if any scar.
