When I first moved in, it was great but today the quality in every area seems to go downhill. It is getting more like a memory care place. I am tired to see the staff drama in the dining room on which tables to serve. It is no longer a good fit for me at Bella Vita. We are searching for a better place. To be fair, there is not enough Senior Homes for the Deaf in USA so it is a hard situation …. No fault of yours.

I only want the name of the physician who treats patients at Bella vita so I can report it to the insurance company. I have called three times with the assurance that my phone call would bee returned. Got zip. Made fourth call was disconnected. Have stopped there and asked. No one knows. What? Please not a hard question

I’ve been visiting this facility for a few years while my relative lived there. With the many changes in personnel over the years, there’s a definite improvement. Staff is friendly and personable. BTW - The Janitor has gone out of his way to help when needed. Thank you sir!
